About Us
Unica Multimedia was founded in 1994 to explore new media and the Web. In April, 1996 the company developed and launched Britannia.com, America's Gateway to the British Isles. In 1997 Britannia.com, LLC was spun off as a separate business. By 1998, Unica was fully engaged in Web development for corporate clients, development of its own sites, growing and maintaining Britannia.com, and providing agency services to its pre-Web client base.
Today, Unica provides Web development, redevelopment and updating services to clients in the US and abroad. The company also provides print design and production services, ad placement, creative and consulting services to corporate and entrepreneurial clients in the Mid-Atlantic region and as far away as Florida, Utah and California.
The company represents over 40 years of marketing communications experience, award-winning design (online and print) and digital production know-how. Our Web development and marketing experience dates back to 1996.
Prior to founding Unica, Seth Fox spent 18 years building and running an internal, full-service agency for Autotote Systems, an international OEM of real-time transaction processing systems, and 10 years running his own marketing communications firm. He has consulted to corporations including AMF, Symbol Technologies, United Tote, Autotote Systems, Swfte International, Zeag Systems, International Consulting Solutions and many more. His industry specific experience is wide ranging including real-time systems, software publishing, print and online publications, golf course and racetrack marketing.
